Welcome Letter

Again, welcome to BrandyMill.

This introductory packet provides you with needed information to become familiar with how your Homeowners Association is set up and its functions. To know what is expected of you and your neighbors, as well as what your rights are, review the BrandyMill website and become acquainted with it's functions and the documents that are available to you as a homeowner. 

 

To help control paper work and the cost of mailings to homeowners the BrandyMill website is used as our main communications tool. This site is located at www.brandymillmbhoa.com If you have a computer and internet access, please forward us your email address and contact information. If you do not have internet access, please let us know and we will mail all BMHOA correspondence to you.

The BrandyMill HOA Annual dues are currently $150 and are collected annually. You will receive an invoice during the month of January of the year the Annual fee is due. Payment of $150.00 is then due by the March 30th after receiving the invoice.

 

 If you plan to make any exterior changes or improvements to your home (such as a fence, deck and so on), you will need to submit an Architectural Review form and submit it to the BrandyMill Homeowners Association Board for their review and approval. These forms are available on the website. Additional information can also be found on the BMHOA website.
