Every year in January, the homeowners annual HOA dues of $150 are due. These dues must be paid by March 1st, or they will be considered overdue and could result in attorney fees. If you are having financial difficulties please let us know before March 1st so we can work out a payment plan for you to pay your dues.

Please note: If your payment is not received by March 1st, and we have not received any communication with you there will be attorneys fees  involved

Now available through CASH APP, you can pay your dues FREE of charge through CASH APP by paying $150 to $HOABRANDYMILL. The money goes straight into the BrandyMill HOA bank account.

This is a NEW service being provided so PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ADDRESS in the description when you pay.  The other option is to pay by mail with a check or money order sent to: Brandy Mill Homeowner's Association, P.O. Box 30055, Myrtle Beach, SC 29588

Dues NOTICE will be mailed out by the end of November of each year.
